Lauren is already proving to be a valuable asset to the team…

A big, warm welcome to Lauren Jones, who joined the Astra Security team last week.

Lauren joins the company as an Operations Administrator and will be supporting the Installations Team through all areas of administration. Her main focus will be on customer service, making sure that Astra’s clients continue to get the best possible support across the board.

Lauren previously spent 7 years within the retail sector, for Lakeland, and worked at two main stores, as well as at a Christmas pop up.

Outside of work, Lauren likes to keep busy, and has a vast range of interests including baking, travelling, drawing and painting as well as mountain biking and video games.

Lauren said:

“I’m really excited to be joining the team, and looking forward to having a change of career, working with a dedicated team and multiple projects. My previous experience can offer valuable insight into how stores operate when engineers visit and tracking stock movement between stores and suppliers.”
