A big welcome to Ellie, who joins the Service Department

A big, warm welcome to Ellie Strudley, who joined the Astra Security team last week.

Ellie joins the company as Operations Administrator and will be focused on the reactive side of the service desk.

Having spent the last 3 years working for Tesco in various roles, in both the express stores and the online delivery department, Ellie will be using her skills and knowledge gained from this experience in her new role.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys seeing live music, socialising with friends and going on country walks.

Ellie said:

“I’m really excited to be joining the team, and looking forward to getting to know the business better and use my customer service experience to add value. My focus will be on service and reactive calls.”
