Astra Sponsored Community Day and County Age Groups
Back in February of this year, we announced our continued partnership with Gloucestershire Cricket, by becoming a partner of their Talent Pathway Programme, as well as being the Club‘s first ever Activation Zone Partner for this year‘s Vitality Blast (T20) and Royal London Cup campaign.
The County Age Group Festivals in Taunton have now drawn to a close and we’d like to highlight some of the great results. The festivals allow for a weeklong competition against an array of opposition, which provides preparation for the season ahead. They are normally the highlight of the season, where players and coaches get to spend the week in Taunton living and breathing cricket!
U11s
The U11s won their County Age Group in the Kings College Festival.
U12s, U13s and U14s – More success
The U12s side came away having won two, tied one and lost one, whilst the U13s and U14s both had a highly successful week, both coming away with comprehensive wins, and winning the festival overall.
