“Keeping the team connected is important”

Members of the Astra Security team got together last week in Liverpool.

Jonny Coates, who heads up the North-West region was joined by fellow Account Manager Joe Rogers, as well as members of the Management Team to visit a number of sites in the area, as well as having a wider team catch up.

Paul Beet, Managing Director at Astra said, “It’s so important to bring the team together when we can. We can all learn from each other, share best practice, as well as have some valuable social time together. It’s vital that our teams feel valued, empowered and up to date.  This opportunity saw us in Jonny’s patch, so after going through all our various project updates, site visits and day to day activities, we took the opportunity to end the day with an evening at the iconic Cavern Club.” Paul went on to say, “This was a really worthwhile trip, and it was great to get the guys together.”

This all-forms part of the regular team building and updates, where essential visits with all Regional Account Managers across the country take place. Making sure all the regions are connected and the Account Managers keep in touch is an essential part of ensuring we continue to deliver best practice, and more importantly that we keep the lines of communication open across the geographic regions.
